About GTO Lab
Why we built this
GTO solvers are table stakes for serious poker players today. But the tools that exist are either clunky Windows desktop apps that need a beefy PC and a $500 license, or web platforms charging $39–$229 a month for features most players never use.
GTO Lab started because one player — frustrated by constantly needing to boot into Windows, wait for solve queues, and pay for a subscription that cost more than the poker stakes — asked a simple question: why isn't there a fast, affordable solver that just runs in the browser?
What we're building
GTO Lab is a professional-grade poker toolkit that runs entirely in your browser — no install, no OS restrictions, no heavy hardware requirements. It includes:
- A real postflop CFR solver that runs in the browser (WASM)
- An interactive range builder you can use on any device
- Preflop chart browser (push/fold cash + ICM, labeled approx cash charts)
- Push/fold trainer and CoinPoker hand analysis with EV-loss reports
- Equity calculator and pot-odds / outs / MDF tools
The goal isn't to build a cheaper version of what already exists. The goal is to build something better — faster to use, accessible on any device, and priced so that players at every stake can afford to study seriously.
Where we are now
GTO Lab is in open beta and free to try. The postflop solver, range builder, push/fold trainer, hand analysis, preflop charts, and equity tools are live. We're using this beta to sharpen solve speeds, improve the UI from real player feedback, and keep claims honest about what is shipped vs. on the roadmap.
If you've spent time with desktop solvers and have opinions about what's painful, we'd love to hear from you. Join the updates list for product news and founding-member pricing when paid plans launch.
